Our Story

I am Mitchell Aboujamra, I go by just Jamra most of the time. This is my second official concept. The sister restaurant to Evette’s in Lincoln Park. I’m excited to bring this concept to the neighborhood! I wanted to create another way to share my family’s heritage and culture through food.

All Too Well provides Lincoln Park and surrounding neighborhoods a classic neighborhood Sandwich Shop & Deli with some chef twists. My family has owned deli’s, butcher shops & neighborhood markets for decades. We know this business ALL TOO WELL! And yes, the NAME was inspired by Taylor. Just the NAME! No…it’s not an Easter egg. Yes…I hope she knows we exist! Yes, I think she is great. No, I am not a swift! Yes, I like football. No! this is not a Taylor Swift restaurant lol!

My “Uncle” Tommy (technically a cousin) still owns Knob Hill meat market in Flint, MI which has been open since the 1920s. My immediate family members have worked at Knob Hill since we immigrated over in the 1970s. I grew up running the grocery isles and getting in the way behind the butcher counter.

I come from a family of butchers. Although we will not be providing butchery items for sale, we do provide a line of deli style salads, dips & other creations.

The market has grab-&-go ready to eat or minimal prepared items along with a curated selections of chips, snacks, and daily household foods. The sandwich menu simply takes classic sandwiches I grew up with, or have grown to love, and I put my culinary experience on them. I just make them the way I like them through my cultural upbringings…hope you do as well. We cater to the bustling neighborhood all year round but we are hyper focused on creating items for the picnic crowds heading to Lincoln Park, Lincoln Park Zoo and the beaches during warmer months.
